The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available within the Catering team at our
Mayfield site. Reporting to the Catering Manager this pivotal role will be
responsible for:
The preparation and serving of meals during bistro
service times
The preparation of function menus
Quality control of all m

eal items prepared and
serviced

Setting a high standard of cleanliness, quality and
professionalism
Stock control and ordering
Assisting with the rostering of staff where required
Reporting on customer and staffing issues
  To be successful you will have
Qualifications in Commercial Cookery Certificate III
Solid understanding of HACCP principles and
maintaining food safety standards
Previous experience in a bistro, restaurant or café
environment
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience leading a team
