This café serves high quality coffee (10kg/day),
using Campos Coffee (La Marocca Machine with E-Grinder), breakfast
and lunch. Opening hours from 6am-4pm Monday to Friday, No weekend work at the
moment. This position is approximately 38 hours per week.

Essential criteria for the Barista position
includes;

- minimum of 2 year experience as a Barista
(30kg/week) - must available from Monday to Friday
- Mature minded, must be able to focus with high
attention to detail. - latte art essential
- Grinder adjustment experience
- Be willing to interact with customers and work
well under pressure. - presentable at all times
- Passion for specialty coffee and a willingness to
learn and adjust to new techniques - Understand the importance of customer service
- Vision to push the boundaries in the pursuit of
excellence
- Other duties including dishes, cash handling,
running coffees with no limit - Campos experience will definitely be a plus
