You will possess
- Exceptional customer service skills

- A sound knowledge of a dining room, service
procedures and standards - Be highly organised and possess acute
observational skills. - A minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in an
a la carte environment. - An enthusiastic knowledge of wines, spirits and
cocktails.
