• Manage a modest portfolio of prestigious high
  end properties throughout Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Claremont and Dalkeith
• Work in a team of like-minded PM’s that all
  chip in to help each other and enjoy where they work!
• Property Managers we have placed here love the
  social side of the company including social club and regular Friday drinks
  and have commented on the Directors generosity
• You will take on a portfolio currently managed
  by the Head of Dept – So you know it is in good shape!
• Central Western Suburbs – so easy to get to –
  minimal school traffic
• Use of REST software + fileSMART, Ipad’s with
  PCR’s outsourced + a full time Trust Team and admin support
• Initial salary will be between $60 – $70K +
  Super + Bonuses
