To be considered you will have the following

- Passion for food and wine industry
- Experience within the hospitality industry
(references required) - Exposure to fast paced environment
- Punctual and Reliable (regular shifts allocated –
breakfast, lunch and dinner) - Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Possess strong work ethic & commitment
Kitchen Staff
- Full knowledge of OH&S procedures
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Understanding of cost control
- Current Food Handling certificate
- Desire to produce high quality dishes sourcing
regional products
