Systems is currently recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to join our team
in Welshpool, Western Australia.
Established
in 1999, MineARC Systems is now the global leader in the manufacture and supply
of emergency safe-refuge to the underground mining, tunneling, and chemical
processing industries.
Emergency
refuge forms

an integral part of an underground mine, tunnel or chemical
operation’s wider Emergency Response Plan (ERP). Fires, explosions, rock-falls,
flooding, and the release of smoke and other forms of toxic gas are the types
of industrial incidents that occur all too frequently, despite the high levels
of planning and safety precautions in place.

MineARC
was the Winner of the 2010, 2012 and 2013 West Australian Exporter of the Year
Awards, the 2013 International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association
(ITA) award for Leading Safety Initiative and most recently the 2014 Australian
Prospect Award for Mine Safety.
About
the Role
You
will be looking after the Australian Sales Team, Internationals Business
Development Managers and supporting the South African Sales Team. You will also
assist with Strategic and budget planning as well as overseeing and directly
managing key accounts and head office corporate deals.
To
be successful in this role you will need to use your current experience,
management and networking abilities to achieve the following:
  • Supporting
    and mentoring local and international BDMs.
  • Monitoring
    Sales pipeline of sales team using a CRM.
  • Quote
    review and authorisation.
  • Contract
    negotiations
  • Proactively
    prospecting and securing new business opportunities within the global
    market.
  • Maintaining
    and building customer relationships
  • Entertaining
    clients when required.
  • Work
    closely with Managing Director, Directors and Marketing Department to meet
    the goals of the Strategic Plan.
To
apply for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
  • Proven
    ability in achieving sales budgets.
  • Industry
    experience in mining and/or manufacturing
  • Strong
    strategic and budget planning experience
  • Demonstrated
    ability to source and maintain customer accounts.
  • Self
    motivated and career focused.
  • Proven
    ability to identify, develop and exploit opportunities
  • Ability
    to travel extensively world wide.
  • Ability
    to effectively use MS Suite of programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and
    Powerpoint
  • Ability
    to present to all levels within the organisation
  • Ability
    to present at seminars, conferences and corporate functions.
  • A
    social personality with strong networking ability required
  • A
    technical aptitude.
