Job Description
* Consistent teamwork attitude toward colleagues, clients and suppliers
* Meeting all clients’ needs including last minute changes and bookings
* Proactive consulting when dealing with the direct client
* Thinking outside the box and making sure clients’ needs are fulfilled
* Providing Clients with outstanding customer service at all times
* Book a variety of both domestic and complex international itineraries
Experience Required
* At least 2 years experience in the industry
* Desirable to be from a groups or entertainment background
* Must be trained on Galileo
* Tramada skills would be an advantage
* Knowledge on fares and ticketing
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent Communication Skills
