About the Role:
Currently we have an opening for a Senior Marketing Co-ordinator to work along
side a team of professionals who have a huge reputation in the Eastern Suburbs
of being the best in the business and working with the crème de la Crème of
properties. You will be responsible for the management of marketing for each
individual property, you will be proficient in social media and E-marketing
with sound knowledge of real estate software packages. We are looking for a
go-getter with a positive attitude! Your day to day duties will include:
• Preparing Marketing campaigns
• Organising editorials with relevant publications
• Build and maintain working relationships with suppliers
• The use of Social media and E-Marketing
• Coordinating photographers, floor plans, stylist
• Organising open for inspection brochures
• Handling all advertising
About the Skills Required:
• Previous Real Estate Marketing experience
• Must have CampaignTrack experience
• Strong attention to detail is a must!
• Excellent communication and computer literacy
• Hardworking individual with a good eye for detail
• Work well autonomously and be able to self manage
You will be the go to person and you will need to use initiative in your work,
mange and work to deadlines, use your creativity, be tech savvy and have
