Accounts Receivable officer.
Working in a supportive
environment with a fantastic culture, this is initially a 6 month contract
opportunity.
The Role
Reporting into the Finance
Manager you will be responsible for:
- Processing, reconciling and monitoring incoming payments
- Liaising with suppliers
- Negotiating payment plans
- Invoicing clients
- Receipting
- Ensuring prompt collection of outstanding customer and
third party monies - Managing bad debts and setting up instalment plans
on behalf of customers
Your Profile
To be consider for the role you
must have:
- Strong communication skills
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Good organisational skills
