With this growth, an excellent opportunity exists for an experienced civil
engineer to join their well established and team, working on key urban
development projects throughout Perth and regional WA. As a senior engineer you
will be responsibility for the successful project development and delivery of a
range of urban infrastructure projects. You will be overseeing the detailed
design, design management and all documentation associated with such projects,
ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will be liaising
with key stakeholders, and utilising your strong networks within the land
development sector to continue the growth of the business.

You are a degree qualified engineer with extensive experience in Western
Australia, within the residential and commercial land development sector. You
have strong understanding of development principles, and have been involved in
the design and management of green and brownfield sites, and lots of 200-1500.
Your excellent communication skills and commercial acumen will ensure existing
relationships are maintained as well as have the opportunity to develop new
business.
