Specialist for the Ichthys project for a 3 year maximum term
assignment. Reporting directly to the Technical Quality Manager your role will
be responsible to ensure the timely completion of all Operations Contract
Pre-qualifications and ensure the ITT’s are assessed and documented in Procon
& aligned with the Contracts and Procurement schedule.

Your key responsibilities will be, but not limited to;
- Participate and attend meetings for Pre-qualification,
ITT’s and Contract Awards with INPEX SME’s and successful CTR’s. - Provide technical and Quality related guidance to the
C&P group to successfully set up new INPEX Contracts. - Work as a focal point for INPEX Quality Management
within the SAP system for all Catalogued and Non-Catalogued equipment for
Operations. - Undertake the responsibility of participating as a super
user within the SAP QM system. - Work in conjunction with C&P, Logistics, Warehousing
and Operations to facilitate the coordination of Quality Assurance and
Control throughout the initiation of SAP Quality Inspection Records
(QIR’s) / Inspection LOT’s, Equipment Purchase Order (PO) QA/QC
requirements. - Coordinate Inspection Surveillance Services with third
party agencies to support the product compliance throughout the
Procurement Process. - Provide critical and timely reporting of Inspection
Surveillance status to the Quality, C&P, Logistics teams, from the SAP
system reporting outputs. - Liaise with Operations across onshore and offshore
assets and production planning team to ensure information and data is
delivered in accordance with the requirements of the IOP.
We
are looking for a degree qualified professional with significant experience
working within the Oil and Gas Industry, applying QA/QC requirements within
projects. Your experience working within an operational and or technical
environment, with a strong focus on equipment criticality, inspection
management derivatives, procurement process from purchase requisition to
product release will be highly desired for the role.
