An
excellent opportunity now exists to join a leading tier 1 contractor that have
built a real name for themselves in the market over the last few years. With
the most up to date software and methodologies to produce a final outcome they
will always surpasses the clients expectations. While their systems and
processes are at the forefront of the construction market it is their people,
that has given them the opportunity to grow and develop the business into new
markets.

They have continually moved into different sectors over the last 5 years and
can now boast a project portfolio across commercial buildings, industrial,
retail, hospitality and Institutional. Most of their work is D&C and are
generally negotiated with previous clients.

Due to further expansion in the business they are now looking to appoint a
senior cost planner to their business.
We are looking for candidates who have exemplary experience across the
Melbourne market with Tier 1 builders pricing commercial new build projects.
Someone who has developed long standing relationships in the market with
clients, consultants etc will be looked upon favourably.
We are only interested in speaking with people who have a minimum of 10 years
estimating & cost planning experience within the Melbourne market. Company
and culture fit are probably the most important aspect in being successful in
this role and people with a good attitude to teamwork, open lines of
communications and autonomy will appreciate this opportunity.

Salary will be dependent on experience, the role is immediate once the right
candidate is found.
