sector with offices in Australia and Asia. They specialise in delivering and
supporting web based applications to blue chip companies across
Australia.
The successful candidate will rep
ort in to the Technical Director and, while
this is initally a hands on development role, you will be expected to grow into
a Technical Lead of junior and mid-level developers working in the Sydney
office and offshore in Vietnam.
Once in the Technical Lead position, you will be required to lead project teams
and mentor members of your team, designing and implementing complete and
maintainable software solutions. The company follow formal and mature Agile and
Test Driven Development techniques – you will work to initiate process
improvements wherever possible.
This role will see you interact with the business, technical managers and
senior management to provide the absolute best solutions to a great client
base.
