ROLE
We’re looking for someone who loves taking on technical challenges all day
long. There’s a balance of greenfield proof-of-concept development, with
some interesting and complex back-end integration, and problem solving. You’ll
join a digital team building an exciting platform for customers that is robust,
scalable, and supports a high throughput of visitor
s. There’ll also be a chance
to mentor and coach team members on their technical skills.
YOU’LL NEED
You don’t need to be an expert or have heaps of commercial Technical Lead
experience, but you’ll know your way around service oriented architecture.
Ideally you’ll have had experience building APIs and micro services in a Ruby
on Rails environment where performance, robustness, and scalability are top
priorities. Knowledge of CI, automated testing, and continuous deployment are a
plus. Familiarity with Git, AWS, and DevOps practices would be a bonus.
