Our
client, a leading Australian retailer for Floor Covering
solutions is currently looking for a Services Administrator to join their
insurance team, who can ideally start ASAP! 
As
a Service Administrator, your key duties for

this role includes:

·        
Processing
insurance claims from all insurance companies
·        
Checking
and quering insurance quotes received from stores ensuring all information
supplied meets contractual requirements.
·        
submitting
insurnace quotes back to insurnace companies
·        
receiving
and actioning information and requests from assessors and claims consultants
·        
liaising
with insurance companies, assisting customer with complaints.
·        
General
office administration 
Candidates
with the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
·        
Previous
experience working within office based customer service/administration
roles. 
·        
A
strong customer focus with excellent time management skills
·        
The
ability to multitask and adapt to change when it arises.
·        
Excellent
computer skills with the ability to jump between various systems.
Your
positive attitude, organized nature and the ability to assist others will
be advantageous.
