Our client
is seeking a Support Worker for home duties which involves light
domestic duties, meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping for a mature
lady in the Pottsville.

The role involves
day shifts and while there is currently no personal care involved this will be
dependent on the applicant and client compatibility as to where the role
evolves. The client has suggested that an experienced care worker and lady with
mature outlook would have good insight into her needs and condition.
Previous encumbants have been long term staff members but, due to personal
circumstances, have had to move on.

One role will
currently be for Thursday & Friday for 6.5 hr days and there is a secondary
role of 3.5 hr shopping and light domestic duties on Fridays.

To be suitable for
consideration for the role you ideally you have:

Experience
in a Support Worker role
Cert
III or IV in Aged, Community or Disability or similar would be highly
regarded;
First
Aid Certificate – current to 3 years;
CPR
& Manual Handling Certificate – current to 1 year;
National
Police Clearance;
Driver’s
Licence and own vehicle
