BOQ’s within strict timeframes - Compiling
information using Estimating software- Databuild - Liaising
with key stakeholders internally and externally - Client

be successful for this the role, you will have the following:

- Previous
experience using estimating software- Databuild. - A
trade background- carpentry ideal - Thorough
knowledge of the residential construction industry and building
requirements - Expertise
in financial analysis - Proven
experience in an Estimation role with a residential builder - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability
to work as part of a team - Excellent
negotiation and computer skills
