internationally. You will be a part of a small

organisation and will have set bonus incentives for tenders won, strike rates
and preconstruction GP.
About
the role
As part of a team you will be responsible for delivery, servicing and business
development of projects. You will estimate tenders and budgets for head
contractor, Design & Construct, GMP and Construction management
methodologies. Projects quoted will range from $500,000-$30M.

- You
will have the ability to quote on $120M/annum - Marking
up documentation and models - Scoping
up projects for trades - Breaking
up projects into quantity surveyor like bills for tender - Testing
subcontractors prices against bills that they have created - Following
up subcontractors - Advising
and consulting with planning on programme, submissions and methodologies - Liaising
with project team to vet successful projects - KPI
focussed - As
you will be in a team environment, excellent communication skills are
crucial
