STEELBRO is seeking an experienced Sidelifter Mechanic for repairers and
servicing of our sidlifter range of products and related equipment.

Reporting directly to the Workshop Supervior and the Services Manager the
successful person will have the following skills and attributes:
- Major
maintenance and equipment refurbishing, - Understands
hydraulic symbols and reads system schematics, - Understands
electrical principles, - Knowledge
of heavy vehicle SIDELIFTER mechanical repairs and servicing processes, - Sound
knowledge of fabrication & welding processes for body repairs as and
when needed, - Competent
in the hydraulic & automotive electrical systems of SIDELIFTERS, - The
ability to diagnose SIDELIFTER faults, generate solutions and implement, - Have
the ability to learn correct procedures & processes, - Able
to work semi autonomously and work in a team, - Good
working knowledge of OH&S and Environmental practices
Desirable:
- Relevant
trade qualification, - Inspection
and quality control experience
