Your role
This role will allow
you to work on a diverse r
ange of commercial projects between $15-$25m. Along
with managing your own portfolio of projects, you will receive support from an
assistant estimator, someone you will be able to mentor and coach along the
way.
Day to day you will
be responsible for the following:
- managing
relationships with ongoing clients and networks to uncover opportunities
to tender - maintaining
the loyal subcontractor and supplier list, and growing it where
appropriate - compiling
tender packages and bill of quantities for subcontractors and fielding any
queries - utilising
your lateral thinking to offer up material or product value engineering
options where appropriate - assemble
tender documentation for presentation to their client
