Corporate Coach Australia,Property Manager Jobs in Australia

@
First National Robina heart of the Gold Coast
As
the market leading office in our region with one of Robina’s largest rent
rolls, we are offering you the opportunity to join our award winning team that
enjoys unequalled resources in a great location, working within an effective
structured team system.

“People who need people are the luckiest people in the world…”
so the old Barbra Streisand song goes!

Here at First National Robina we value people who have people skills. We
require a Residential Property Manager to join our well-resourced and supportive
property management team, managing a diverse property portfolio in the greater
Robina area.

We have crafted a team-based structure that allows each individual to focus on
Property Management service with accounting support and separate leasing support
and become his or her very best. This is how we offer a superior level of
service to our clients. It also gives us as a team with some clear
advantages.

It also gives us, as a team, some clear advantages. This way we can each
perform a role that best suits our strengths and gives us the greatest personal
satisfaction, rather than spreading ourselves too far and creating unnecessary
anxiety. This team-based work also allows us to support each other when one
person is away; giving us all the opportunity to take regular breaks and cover
for emergencies. Finally it gives us real team strength as we are interacting
everyday to provide the best service outcome for our clients.

Thus our Property Management Department is divided into several sections
including this role of the Property Manager, who manages the ongoing
relationship with our landlords and establishes all the legal requirements for
the tenancy.

Your role in our team: Evaluating and reference checking prospective tenants,
selecting tenants and all the legalities of writing new tenant leases, whilst
liaising with all stakeholders, resolving conflicts, ensuring standards under
Tenancy Acts, managing rent and lease renewals, PCR’s, bond inspections and
refunds.

Superior process, industry leading automation, and work practices means you can
concentrate on building relationships with our landlords with less distraction
therefore less stress and ultimately more job satisfaction, delivering high
service standards! This is one of the reasons our business enjoys such high
levels of morale amongst our staff.

Separate team members deal with showing the properties when they become vacant,
doing all the accounts work and we have a dedicated Business Development
Manager who is focused on selling new management rights and ensuring the
success of ongoing relationships with vendors and the growth of the businesses.

SO WHAT ARE WE OFFERING TO ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS?

Peter Whitcroft, Business Leader

Guiding your learning is our business owner and licensee Peter Whitcroft, who
has a wealth of selling experience and knowledge about our market.

Peter’s whole career has been in real estate starting as a youngster almost
straight from school. Following an award-winning career in Real estate sales in
Melbourne, Peter saw the light and moved to the Gold Coast in 1987 to establish
his own award-winning business. Peter is now a business owner focused on
developing solid business systems and supporting his staff to be their very
best.

Peter is no longer a ‘young gun’ focused on his own success leaving the staff
to manage for themselves. Peter is a true business leader, focused on running
the whole business and has done this very successfully through all the
different market cycles ensuring the success of the entire team.

Our Office

One of Peter’s strategic business decisions was to move an established business
into the Robina Town Centre in 2000. This gives us, and you, walk-by traffic of
over 50,000 people a year. Being part of South East Queensland’s biggest retail
centre means everyone in the community knows us. Many of them walk past us
every week. It’s also a fabulous, vibrant work environment full of energy and
of course the convenience of having so many services for your own use just a
few steps away.

We are a proud member of The First National Real Estate Network, which in just
33 years has grown to be one of Australasia’s largest and most successful
independent real estate brands, with over 500 offices across Australia and New
Zealand. Our growth success is based on our co-operative structure where there
is a genuine desire by members to help each other. A network of our size and
resources gives us access to all the benefits you will need. Technology,
marketing systems and processes are constantly being upgraded to stay in front
of the competition.

Our Community

Operating from the Robina Town Centre we cover the heart of the Gold Coast
including Robina, Varsity Lakes, Mudgeeraba and Merrimac. This Greater Robina
area, as we like to call it, is a thriving part of the Gold Coast from the
prestige of Bond University to the growing IT community at Varsity Lakes and a
variety of businesses choosing to open near the train station to Brisbane.

All this contributes to a solid real estate market that is not as prone to the
fluctuations of the Australian economy or as reliant on local tourist volumes.
We are in the stable “middle of the market” and the nature of our
landlords and tenants reflect that. No wonder Peter has been here so long.

High Quality Personalised Ongoing Training

We have our own First National Network training academy, the South East
Queensland Academy. No matter what level of experience you have there are
targeted courses to further equip and hone your skills. Peter regularly
organises legal updates for the entire team as legislation changes to ensure we
are always offering our clients the best advice. Ongoing mentoring programs
support you post-training to translate your learning into effective selling
skills. We don’t just give you a few good ideas; we work with you to prepare
you for selling success. Check it out for yourself at www.seqacademy.com
