The
Role

individual in the Receptionist role is required to contribute to the provision
of quality services to our clients by being the first point of contact, greeting
clients and answering telephone enquiries in an efficient, friendly and
professional manner.

- Screening
incoming telephone calls; - Manage
incoming & outgoing mail; - Ensuring
our reception area is perfectly presented; - Administrative
tasks and support; - Assist
with functions, meetings and appointments as required; - Provide
adhoc operational support.
To
be successful in this role you will need to be committed to delivering
excellent customer service to our clients. You will possess high level
communication skills along with professional presentation and the ability to
interact with all clients & staff in a professional, positive and
respectful manner.

Additionally you will have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite of
products, excellent time management skills and be able to work both
autonomously and as part of a team. You will have 1 – 2 years’ experience in a
similar role, preferably within the Financial Services industry but not a must.
