Due to
continued and solid Australian/New Zealand growth and general company
expansion, we seek an experienced and talented Implementation and Support
Consultant
 to join our team, ideally based in Me

lbourne,
however the right applicants in Sydney and Brisbane will also be entertained.
This role is specific to our products relating to spa & leisure management,
including spa, golf, dining, fitness and club management.

Xn Hotel Systems
employs over 85 staff across 16 global locations managing customers in 58

the accommodation and leisure sectors including property management,
point-of-sale, materials management, central reservations, distribution
and web booking, spa, activity, dining and golf services,

Candidates who meet the
below prerequisites and possess a proven track record specifically in the
hotel or spa technology field, and have a passion for all things hotels, clubs
and spas, are invited to apply for the position of Implementation and Support
Consultant | spa & leisure management systems
. This is a
Full Time position and is now available.

Position will best
suit candidates with the following background and who meet some of all of these
prerequisites:

  • 2+
    years proven experience in a similar role of implementation and support is
    essential.
  • Very
    strong written and spoken English as an essential requirement
  • Experience
    in or having worked in a hotel or resort in front of house operations or
    guest-facing departments is highly advantageous.
  • Previous
    experience in using similar solutions such as Reservation Assistant,
    Shortcuts, Concept Spa, Intellispa or Gumnut is highly regarded

This role primarily
comprises:

  • Working
    with hotels, resorts, clubs and spas to implement and configure our
    solutions to best meet our customers business requirements.
  • Consulting
    to customers on best practices, and how to get the most out of our
    solutions.
  • Deploy
    training for end users on how to use our solutions.
  • Provide
    support and maintenance assistance to customers at the highest level of
    service.

candidate must:

  • Demonstrate
    at lest 2 years previous experience with installation or supporting a
    similar solution
  • Be able
    to travel interstate and overseas at times dictated by the company
  • Work
    independently and as part of a team
  • Be a
    self-motivator and highly organized
  • Provide
    the highest levels of customer service and maintain company standards
