You will work in partnership with families and involve children as active
participants in their learning journey and you will plan, implement and
evaluate individual programmes and records for the needs and interests of the
children attending the service.

be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

- Bachelor
of Early Childhood, Bachelor of Social Science (Children and Family
Studies) or Diploma of Children’s Services, as recognised by the
Australian Children’s Education & Care Authority (ACECQA) - Substantial
experience and possess leadership skills as a Qualified Child Care Giver
within an early learning environment - Knowledge
and understanding of the child care industry, including the National
Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework and current national
regulations - Working
with Children Check - Appropriate
Medical Clearance, in working in a relevant centre based Education and
Care service
