These positions will cover personal, motor and home claims, relating to the
recent storm damage in Sydney.
Responsibilities will include
• Inbound customer service / handling of phone calls
• Lodgement and claims processing (start to finish)
• Assessing existing claims
• Assisting with general enquiries
• Other duties as directed
