manager, for their site based in Auckland. Make no mistake – this is like no

quality, the ability to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement,
working with both internal and external stakeholders, complying with auditor requirements
to achieve A Grade success, and longevity in a role are all aspects that we
find essential in a quality management role.

ability to build on existing relationships, your exceptional communication
skills, and experience leading and motivating others, will ensure the quality
functions stays at the forefront of the business.

Key
responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

- Review,
develop and drive the implementation of quality processes, systems and
initiatives - Lead,
mentor and develop your team of direct reports - Manage
and lead the onsite food safety programs - Customer
requests and technical advice - Lead
all site audits - Drive
CIP process through the operations - Manage
supplier quality performance
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Success
in a similar role - Excellent
leadership capabilities - Knowledge
of HACCP, SQF, BRC, ISO to name a few - Food
Science related Degree or similar - External
auditor certificate
- Experience
in FMCG
