Opportunity

Prototype has
offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne in addition we manufacture our
bespoke furniture pieces in the Sydney and Brisbane. At Prototype, we are able
to offer recent graduates in Interior Design, Furniture/industrial Design or
related courses an entry to the fabulous world of commercial furniture design
and supply.

As Graduate Customer
Co-ordinator you

will work alongside our account management team and be trained
in all facets of our business. In addition you will be responsible for:

·        
Managing
all incoming email and phone enquiries from customers
·        
Preparing
sales quotes from these enquiries and negotiate with clients to finalise sales
·        
Data
entry of customer quotes into customer account management system
·        
Source
availability of products and or alternatives for clients from local and
overseas suppliers
·        
Supporting
the account managers on major client projects as required

This role is a great
lead into taking up an Account Managers position, which are major client
management and sales roles focused on working with various types of clients to
bring their ideas to life. In these roles you will also have the opportunity to
work with fine craftsman from our manufacturing sites.

Our clients include
Architects and Designers, Internal designers at major hotels and
retail/shopping centre owners, construction companies, all types of clubs,
owners of various types of hospitality venues, education and aged care
organisations.

Successful
candidates have strong
communication and negotiation skills
, with a commitment to
exceptional customer service. Candidate will also have a keen eye for detail,
strong initiative and be Customer service focused. Successfully managing client
relationships to ensure we remain the supplier of choice.

We look for the
follow attributes or qualifications in our team such as:

Degree
qualified in design or similar
·        
Experience
in sales, retail or commercial
·        
A
proven track record in high standards of customer service
·        
A
passionate and dynamic attitude to their work;
·        
Excellent
time management and organisational skills;
·        
High
attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities;
·        
Be
proficient in Microsoft Office.
