The Graduate Talent Acquisition Team at Deloitte Australia is one of
Australia’s leading Graduate Talent Acquisition functions. We’ve rece
ived many
awards over the years, recognising our operational excellence and ongoing
contribution to the Graduate industry.
A rare opportunity has become available for an energetic and motivated
individual to join our award winning Graduate Talent Acquisition team to be
located in the Sydney office. As an integral member of this National team you
will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of our graduate
recruitment programs for a number of service lines across our NSW offices.
About the role
In this fast paced role, you’ll be joining a team of passionate, innovative,
social savvy talent acquisition professionals who are focused on designing and
delivering graduate talent acquisition strategies that are market leading. The
purpose of this role is to assist our NSW teams with attracting, engaging and
mobilising the right talent at the right time as we focus on supporting
business growth with the early identification of new talent.
The key responsibilities of the Graduate Talent Acquisition Consultant include:
- Identifying
and driving innovative approaches to delivering high-quality,
cost-effective sourcing strategies for Graduate and Summer Vacation talent - Leading
an end to end graduate talent acquisition process that impresses both
candidates and the business - Building
strong, credible relationships with key internal stakeholders - Liaising
with and developing relationships with key schools, universities, student
societies and students - Articulating
a compelling employee value proposition to ‘sell’ the firm - Maintaining
the candidate recruitment management system (RMS) including distribution
of correspondence and producing reports and statistics as required - Delivering
exceptional candidate care throughout the process - Organising
and undertaking presentations internally, at university information
sessions and campus recruiting functions - Organising
and facilitating information sessions, assessment centres and interviews - Leading
and/or participating in both team and cross-functional projects,
particularly in the areas of early identification, brand eminence and
operational excellence - Ensuring
that hiring targets are met with quality candidates, within required
timeframes.
Are you currently in a graduate recruitment related position; or working in a
high volume agency environment and looking to take it to the next level?
Do you love to organise, schedule and co-ordinate people, events and programs?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter with a desire to join a high
performance environment focused on people.
You will pride yourself on your love of technology, exceptional excel skills
and strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a proven record in
demonstrating initiative. Previous experience using Taleo would also be
advantageous.
