Due
to team growth we are seeking a professional and experienced Recruiter (part
time) to work within our Engineering team specialising in the placement of
Apprentices & Trainees. You will be required to operate and maintain a high
volume desk whilst servicing and assisting both our clients and
candidates along the traineeship life-cycle.

Below
are list of responsibilities including but not limited to:

Recruitment
and induction of Apprentices & Trainees
Management
of payroll including administration of leave requirements
Ensuring
enrolment and completion of educational requirements
Administration
and paperwork to ensure statutory obligations are met
Management
of disputes and grievances
Management
of incidents/accidents, workers compensation claims and return to work
programs
Monitoring
and counselling Apprentices & Trainees regularly to ensure performance
is maximised

Focusing
within this niche area will allow you to build long term relationships with
both Clients and Candidates, develop strong partnerships and be proactive in
the development of business solutions to meet mutual outcomes!
