The Team
The
team advises and assists clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions,
corporate governance, capital raisings, private equity transactions, takeovers,
ASIC and ASX requirements, and joint ventures. Their diverse client base
includes large private companies, listed corporations, financial institutions,
private equity funds, venture capitalists, stockbrokers, and accountants.

The Role

successful candidate will have strong experience across the areas of equity
capital markets, public market floats, securities and financial services law,
capital management, and recapitalisations.

is essential that you have a proven ability to build strong relationships with
clients and provide high quality client outcomes. In order to be successful in
this role you will require drive and initiative, exceptional attention to
detail, strong drafting and analytical skills and have the ability to assist
and mentor junior lawyers.
