client is one of Victoria’s busiest 3rd tier builders. They
specilaise in D & C apartment developments fro
m $5M in value right through
to $50M. They have recently secured two apartment developments, one
located in the Inner East and the other in the South East, totaling $28M in
value and need a dynamic Project Manager to oversee both projects.
To be considered for this position you will require previous Project
Management experience, ideally in the apartment space. You will have
a stable employment history with reputable builders and a proven ability to see
projects through to completion. Previous experience on D & C apartment
projects will be seen as a bonus.
Reporting to the Director you will be given complete autonomy over
your projects so you will possess the ability to effectively lead a team. With
a proven track record in Project Management you will have a passion for
quality, the ability to manage programs and budget, work under pressure and
achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.
You will be either trade or tertiary qualified in Construction with strong
leadership and communication skills whilst having a keen eye for detail and
presentation.
reward you will be rewarded with a salary ranging from $140,000 –
$170,000 dependent on experience with one of the industries fastest
growing companies.
