someone to jump on board and take over our very successful Allied Health Desk
here in Sydney which specialises in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech
Pathology and Occupational Rehabilitation.

have well established clients across the country and a variety of preferred
supplier agreements in place. We hold a great reputation for candidate care in
this market and have built fantastic relationships with clients over a number
of years.

This
is a 360 role available with a mix of business development and candidate
generation. You will have the opportunity to work on temporary and permanent
roles (dual desk).

Key duties include:
- Make
contact with new and existing healthcare providers to offer assistance
with temp and perm recruitment needs across the states - Maintain
relationships and map out prospective clients - Client
visits - Source
candidates using various methods of candidate attraction - Manage
our large and detailed candidate database as well as existing candidate
lists
What we are looking for:
As
this is a candidate short market we are looking for someone with exceptional
candidate management skills. The ability to maintain strong relationships with
existing candidates as well as source new people through various methods is
vital. The key skill to being successful in this market is to build good
rapport with candidates and maintain an organised detailed list of skills,
availability and other essential information. Knowledge of the Allied Health
market would be highly advantageous. It is also very important to have had
experience developing new business and managing a multitude of roles at any
given time.
