Australia and the world are looking to grow their sales team across Australia.
They are the market leader for their unique and sought after product offerings.
As part of their extended services offering and evolution they require an
additional Business Development Manager for Melbourne.

Candidates for this complete and extensive sales role need to be, capable (and
proven) business developers, outstanding account managers with an exemplary
customer manner and fine attention to detail.  They will be driven and
purposeful in their approach to their selling and have conviction and
self-assurance to drive their sales objectives and revenues. They will also be
capable of cultivating enduring relationships with customers to ensure their
continuous business activity.

This is a tremendous opportunity for an accomplished 5 years plus sales
professional to be the complete business developer and represent our client and
these excellent products and services. Product knowledge in the cards and
payments area is valuable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
• Manage and exceed sales performance objectives
• Contribute positively to sales and marketing programmes
• Carry through reliable and professional negotiating skills
• Complete Account Management for major customers
• Establish strong revenue base
• Deliver sales closing success
• Provide detailed CRM and sales administration record keeping
• Continually secure new business

Key requirements
• Outstanding sales skills and focus
• 5-10 years direct sales to business (b2b) 
• Understanding of technology sales both services and product 
• Proven effectiveness in relationship building and tactical selling
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Outstanding professional sales methods 
• High level customer, team and business communication skills
• Sales history to compliment the above
