The Role:
This
is a newly-created position due to growth in the firm’s large
Litigation Department. The hours are a great 9am to 5pm and the position
is supporting a busy, friendly and sociable team. The main tasks in this
role include:

- Scanning
and entering Court documents onto the firm’s document management system. - Receiving
and recording completed Affidavits of Service and Letters of Demand
documents. - Opening
and closing client files. - Collating,
binding and photocopying documents. - Assisting
the team with end of month client billing tasks.
Requirements:
For this position you’ll be someone looking for a long-term career move in a
Part Time role. You’ll need to have had previous experience working in a
busy administrative position within a Law Firm. You will also be used to
working at a fast pace, with excellent attention to detail.
