The Firm:
This firm is one of Australia’s largest Mid Tiers and has been expanding
significantly over the past few years.  The firm are know to have one of
the highest staff retention rates, mainly due to its reputation for really
looking after staff and it’s great firm culture.

The role:
This role is working just 1:2 for a really lovely Partner and a Consultant who
is also said to be absolutely great to work for.  The position is within
the firm’s Projects Infrastructure team and it’s a fairly fast-paced role
working on large transactional matters, including many large-scale
Government-related matters and large blue chip companies. The position will
suit you if you enjoy being busy, challenged and having some
responsibility.  Typical tasks in this position include:

  • Amending
    and formatting documents (some between 200 and 400 pages in length) using
    good Microsoft Word skills.
  • Redlining/tracking
    changes and “comparing” documents.
  • Putting
    together basic letters and emails.
  • Arranging
    meetings and diary management.
  • Screening
    calls and dealing with clients.
  • Monthly
    billing (not high volume).
