At  Jellybeans OSHC West Leederville we believe
that every child is unique and they bring to our Centre their own special

Our Place Framework curriculum.
An opportunity has now become available for an experienced and
passionate Centre Manager to lead, drive and maintain a place
of development and adventure.  
  
Essential Criteria:
  • Applicants
    must hold a Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of
    Education (Early Childhood), and/or studying towards a Bachelor
    Degree in Education
  • Minimum
    3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Current
    Working with Children Check 
  • Strong
    understanding of My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality
    Standards (NQS)
  • Nominated
    Supervisor Certificate
  • Experience
    with Assessment and Rating 
  • Excellent
    computer skills
  • Knowledge
    of CCMS and QikKids or similar would be advantageous
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire
    to learn and willingness to undertake ongoing training 
  • Anaphylaxis/
    Asthma/ CPR and First Aid Certificates would be highly regarded 
  • Bright,
    friendly and energetic
 About your day:
  • Manage
    the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and
    procedures
  • Provide
    leadership and guidance to all staff
  • Manage
    rosters using our time and attendance system 
  • Ensure
    the Centre is compliant with all State legislation and National Quality
    Standards
  • Deliver
    consistent high quality care and presentation to all work practices
  • Build
    and maintain strong relationships with team members, parents, children and
    the wider community
  • Manage
    the budgets of the Centre 
  • Ensure
    health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times
  • Have
    fun and make someone’s day!
