An opportunity has now become available for an experienced and
passionate Centre Manager to lead, drive and maintain a place
of development and adventure.

Essential Criteria:
- Applicants
must hold a Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of
Education (Early Childhood), and/or studying towards a Bachelor
Degree in Education - Minimum
3 years’ experience in a similar role - Current
Working with Children Check - Strong
understanding of My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality
Standards (NQS) - Nominated
Supervisor Certificate - Experience
with Assessment and Rating - Excellent
computer skills - Knowledge
of CCMS and QikKids or similar would be advantageous - Excellent
verbal and written communication skills - Desire
to learn and willingness to undertake ongoing training - Anaphylaxis/
Asthma/ CPR and First Aid Certificates would be highly regarded - Bright,
friendly and energetic
About your day:
- Manage
the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and
procedures - Provide
leadership and guidance to all staff - Manage
rosters using our time and attendance system - Ensure
the Centre is compliant with all State legislation and National Quality
Standards - Deliver
consistent high quality care and presentation to all work practices - Build
and maintain strong relationships with team members, parents, children and
the wider community - Manage
the budgets of the Centre - Ensure
health & safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times - Have
fun and make someone’s day!
