Our
kitchen opens 6.30 am – 2.30 pm daily; you’ll need to be available 6.00am –
3.00. Weekend availability is essential but we can rotate days off.

We’re
a 6-day brunch and coffee spot with a strong focus on all day breakfast over
the weekend. We aim to produce everything from scratch, to deliver simple and
honest brunch fare keeping it healthful and modern. Our cake fridge range is
all made in house and includes a range of well regarded 100% raw treats.
Although we are only a small space we pump out a serious amount of food so we
are in need of a cook who has experience and/or the confidence and
organisational skills to run a grill section and work well under pressure. You
need to be passionate about quality food and presentation. We’re looking for
someone who can both give and take direction well and also work with us to
create seasonal brunch menus. If you are looking for the opportunity to grow
your skills in a café kitchen environment then there is room for that through
this role.
