We
are currently representing 5 key clients within NSW. They are all key leaders
within the world of heavy earthmoving equipment. They have listed equipment
ranging from 1.5 tonne to 80 tonne machinery. This can list from mini
excavator’s right up to large wheel loaders to off road highway trucks. With a
strong service team you will be supported by senior management and will have a
strong branding to support your work.
Out
of the 7 roles that we have, please read a very quick brief of each one below
so you can decide which one best suits

you for location and salary packaging.

•            
2x workshop techs, Sydney West location, Must have experience with electric
over hydraulic, Strong electrical and mechanical schematic exp, Advanced
Hydraulics and electrical test tag. Must have experience working on large mining
or heavy construction experience.
•            
2x Field service Tech, Sydney South West location, Experience in hydraulics and
hydrostatic experience for skid steers and mini construction equipment. If you
have experience in generators as well this would be great. Hydraulics and
fabrication exp.  Must be willing to travel across NSW, You will be
covered for overnight travel.
•            
1x Senior Workshop Technician, We are looking for someone that has over 8 years
experience for this role as you will be working on large foundation equipment,
and specialist drilling machinery. Must have excellent electrical experience
and the latest diagnostic exp.
•            
1x Trainee service tech, 1 – 2 years exp required with mechanical knowledge, if
you have an understanding of waste equipment this would be great. Strong
driveline and hydraulic exp and understanding of welding and fabrication.
•            
1x Service Supervisor – 10 years + in servicing and working on heavy
earthmoving or related equipment. Excellent hands on knowledge of electrical
and mechanical, hydraulics etc etc. You must have also lead a service team and
have excellent leadership and be a proven manager. This role is 50% on the
tools 50% management / leadership. We are looking for a real people person for
this role, So if you are in a service role and you just love working and being
a leader this role is for you!!!
Daily
tasks & duties – 
•            
Repair & Maintenance of construction, AGG, Quarry, Waste and    
            Material handling cranes equipment.
•            
Diagnostics & Trouble Shooting
•            
Problem solving
•            
Overall, inspect and repair of machinery
•            
Coordinate with factory and workshop on technical issues
•            
Communicate effectively with parts department
•            
Order and control of all customer issues
•            
Develop leads of external sales staff
•            
Work on diagnostic issues and work with the computer systems to    
           trouble shoot engine issues and
problem solve valving issues.
•            
Work through job lists and support key customers
•            
Supply technical backup to major customers
•            
Maintain and repair hydraulic issues from pumps, valving,      
                   
 cylinders and hoses.
Qualification
and Key requirements
•            
Heavy Duty tickets level 1- 3
•            
Proven exp on Hydrostatic drive systems
•            
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience working on mobile equipment
•            
Extensive experience with Hydraulics / open and close lube      
                 
 applications 
•            
Diagnostic programming experience
•            
HR unrestricted licence
•            
Forklift licence
•            
Electrical test and tag
•            
Electrical schematic experience – MUST have for Senior roles
•            
Mechanical Schematic experience – MUST have for Senior roles
•            
Computer diagnostic experience
