selection, product improvement and business process improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Management
of warranty servicing areas - Liaison
with Suppliers on product issue and improvement projects - Scoping
of equipment testing and results interpretation - Monitor
and report on service trends - Provide
training internally and externally on technical product aspects
Personal
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Must
have an Engineering Degree (Mech or Mega) - Ideally
has two or three years’ service/technical support in appliances - Outstanding
written and verbal communication skills - Team
thinker with a good sense of humour!
