About the
role
TR7 HealthCare is currently recruiting for compassionate, dedicated and
experienced Carers and Support Workers to join our Community Care team. We
are inviting application from all the
suburbs of Perth especially SOR-
Cannington, Kardinya, Success, Rockingham and NOR close
to Morley, Wanneroo, Midland, Hamersley, Tuart Hill etc. The successful
carers in this role will be able to offer quality services to the clients
including- Personal Care, Domestic assistance and other Social support
assistance required from time to time.

Duties will
include but are not limited to:
Assist clients with activities of daily living to improve their quality of life

Ensure
all support plans are implemented & maintained in accordance with clients’
needs

·
All
personal care tasks (inc toileting & showering) are delivered with dignity
and respect

·
Establish
and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with clients, their
families/ representatives and all other stakeholders

·
Medication assist and
meal preparation services

Requirements:

Certificate
III or IV in Aged Care or HACC

·
Current
Manual Handling

·
Senior
First Aid and CPR

·
National
Police Clearance

·
Current
Western Australian class ‘C’ drivers license (Must own reliable transport)

Comprehensive
car insurance
