Wales and are looking for a Branch Manag

er to oversee our
Modbury branch.

The
successful applicant will have proven experience in managing high performing
employment services or commercial recruitment sites including knowledge of the
local labour market and have strong links with local employers and the
community.
They
will need to be able to harness relationships with existing employers and
broker new relationships as well as training, mentoring and motivating
employees at their site to deliver the best possible outcomes for
employers and job seekers.
What
we’re looking for:
·        
High
level of industry experience;
·        
Proven
management experience with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast
paced and pressured environment;
·        
Proven
ability to achieve positive outcomes for employers and job seekers;
·        
Strong
knowledge of the local labour market and an ability to keep up to date with
changing workforce trends;
·        
Track
record of achieving and exceeding business targets;
·        
Ability
to lead, manage and motivate staff and create a positive and productive
working environment;
·        
Proven
experience working to budgets and achieving KPI’s.
A
