This position is a “none” teaching role and
requires someone with a proven background in turning a centre into a top

To be successful in this role you will need
the following: 

• Must hold at
  least a Diploma/Degree in Education 
• 3 year min experience
  as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager 
• Have a strong
  understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years
  Learning Framework 
• Excellent
  communication and time management skills 
• Proven
  management skills, confidence and ability to lead an effective team of 10
  educators 

• Large,
  well-resourced centre with more than 50 children daily 
• 38 hour working
