Experienced
conveyancer/legal secretary for small legal firm on Southern Gold Coast.
Experience in both Queensland and New South Wales conveyancing important.

  • Will be
    supported by another staff member but will be the main person responsible
    for the conveyancing work. 
  • Need to
    be friendly and content to liaise with clients and real estate agents.
  • Need to
    be efficient and organised.
  • Need to
    be content to work in a small office environment where all members need to
    be supportive and congenial with other staff members.
  • Full
    time position from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • If you
    do not have experience in completely handling all aspects of the
    conveyancing process without supervision there is no point applying for
    this position.
  • Good
    environment and support from lawyers available when necessary.
  • Sense
    of humor an advantage.
