Reporting
to the Support Manager, you will apply your past experience to complete the
following duties:

- Provide
first, second and third level support for software across various
specialist areas. - Take
ownership of incidents to ensure they are reviewed and progressed in
accordance with Service Level Targets and agreed processes. - Delivery
service requests for customers, including the delivery of chargeable
consultancy. - Monitor
Service Level Targets, incidents allocations, incident status; including
management of priorities. - Performing
root cause analysis to determine incident resolution. - Document
all actions and information for incidents and service requests as
required, including contribution and manage of information repositories. - Working
with stakeholder to ensure efficient and effective incident resolution is
provided to customers.
