Australian Institute
of Language and Further Education (AILFE) is a Registered Training Organisation
located in the heart of Perth city. We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative
and qualified Business Trainer who has the following:
·
Delivery of qualifications from the nationally accredited BSB Training Package
·
Assessment Validation and moderation
·
Ensuring compliance with AQTF and ASQA requirements, and relevant legislation
and company policies.
Key
Selection Criteria:
·
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110
·
Relevant Qualifications ie. Diploma of Business (BSB50215)/Diploma of
Leadership & Management (BSB51915) or higher qualification
·
Industry Experience
·
Planning, organisational and problem solving skills
·
Proficient in MS Office
·
Ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
·
Proven experience in the education field or with a RTO or a working knowledge
of VET principles and programs highly desirable
