To support our
ongoing growth as a quality VET Provider The Malka Group RTO #21694 is looking
to add another quality person to our Compliance team.  We are seeking an
experienced VET Sect

or Compliance Coordinator, minimum five years’ experience,
who has a working knowledge of Higher Education and Skills, ASQA CRICOS,
ELICOS, VET FEE HELP compliance and contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate
will appreciate that quality training delivery and compliance go together. Five
years hands on experience in a Senior Compliance role in the VET Sector.

Responsibilities
Include:

  • Support
    the development, implementation and continual improvement of the RTO
    policies and procedures to ensure NVR standards and other funding
    contracts are maintained and exceeded
  • Working
    collaboratively oversee RTO scope of registration training and assessment
    resources to ensure currency
  • In
    conjunction with the TMG compliance team develop required documentation
    for RTO additions to scope
  • Conduct
    validations and industry consultations
  • Customise
    training program to meet client needs
  • Mapping
    of resources and assessment tools
  • Assist
    the Training Coordinators to conduct internal audits and implement any
    changes as required
  • Prepare
    for and take part in internal audits
  • Monitor
    RTO Continuous Improvement strategies
  • In
    conjuncton with the relevant industry consultants, support the development
    of Training and Assessment strategies, weekly planners, timetables and
    customised delivery models
  • Liaise
    with clients and customise assessment tools
  • Coordinate
    and facilitate moderation and validation sessions
  • Review
    VETtrak reports on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure
    all marketing material is compliant
  • Ability
    to source and scope additional funding opportunities/Government
    initiatives of benefit TMG and its clients
  • Demonstrated
    experience in problem solving in a complex RTO environment to achieve
    positive outcomes for clients, learners and The Malka Group
  • Excellent
    project management skills
  • Ability
    to work autonomously and as a part of a busy team
  • Positive
    outlook, solutions focused
  • Awareness
    of and adherence to legislation and all of TMG policies and procedures
    relevant to the duties undertaken
  • Experience
    and understanding of learning and development principles and practices

Qualifications

Qualifications in
the VET Sector, Education and Management at a Diploma or Tertiary degree level

  • PC
    literacy and highly developed administration experience
  • A clear
    and current police check
  • A
    current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • A
    current working with children check
