training for the Care Industry we are currently undergoing exciting business
expansion and subsequently require trainers that specialise in one or more of
the following sectors:

The
role:
role:
- Facilitate
end-to-end training and assessment in relevant discipline(s) - Execute
Training and Assessment strategies for relevant discipline(s) - Work
with a diverse range of students with varying learning requirements - Develop
individual learning plans where necessary - Conduct
face-to-face delivery at various locations across the greater Brisbane
region - Actively
develop positive relationships with our students and industry partners - Facilitate
simulation lessons (where applicable) - Assist
in the coordination of student placements
Our
Requirements:

- Relevant
qualifications in the industry discipline - Certificate
IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) - Current
engagement in industry - Relevant
practical industry experience - Knowledge
of ASQA and DETE compliance requirements - Working
with children check/police check – must be clear from any charges /
convictions - Current
Queensland driver’s license - Reliable
transport
