outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, goal oriented
sales professional to join our National Sales Team based at Wetherill
Park.  Dedicated to selling our comprehensive line up of Construction
Products you must enjoy a challenge, want to be responsible for developing
and growing customer relationships, seek opportunities to value add
wherever possible whilst procuring new customers in order to meet sales and
margin targets and deliver on the customer promise of excellence.
The
Successful Candidate will:
  • Achieve
    planned sustainable profitable growth of Rental customers via development
    of strategies to grow our market share.
  • Achieve
    budgeted finance plans for Rental Accounts with rebates, marketing
    support, advertising and net selling prices.
  • Identify
    new business and segment opportunities.
  • Develop
    and implement structures, systems and processes to support Rental Account
    business, including but not limited to reporting and tracking systems and
    processes
  • Conduct
    ongoing market analysis to estimate and identify current market shares and
    competitor performance.
  • Establish
    targets and sales goals for Rental Accounts and manage the contractual
    relationships
  • Establish
    and maintain good business relationships with key Rental Account Senior
    Managers / Principals / Asset Managers / Service Supervisors and keep
    current awareness of the financial strength, challenges, strategic
    direction and overall value of the accounts.
  • Negotiate
    agreements and develop strategies to improve the rental performance
    resulting in an increased sales volume.
  • Manage
    12 month rolling marketing and activity plans with Rental accounts and
    internal stake holders
Are
you:
  • An

  • Experienced in
    Rental Industry Sales Management or Sales Engineering,
  • Successful
    in managing multi-level corporate accounts, strategically and
    hands-on,
  • Skilled
    in business development, driving opportunities from concept through
    to sustainable and profitable sales,
  • Able
    to demonstrate a proven track record in sound fiscal control
    and profitable management of rental accounts through price management
    and promotional planning,
  • Able
    to analyse and prioritise information, distilling it to the critical
    issues and drawing accurate conclusions,
  • An
    excellent communicator, both verbally and written to ensure efficient
    relationship within the dealer and rental team and across the business
  • Dedicated
    to continuous improvement
  • Driven
    for success and achievement that permeates through all your
    tasks and behaviour and demonstrated in the form of motivation,
    attention to detail, initiative and positive input,
  • Able
    to see beyond the initial sale and develop strong relationships aimed
    at facilitating growth of both our customers and the business will be
    crucial to the success of this position,
  • Able
    to work competently under pressure, be self disciplined and practical
    as well as maintain a sense of humour for the tough times.
