This is a permanent full time role reporting dir
ectly to the Operations Manager
NSW.
GNS is committed to providing quality despatch processes that support our
customers to achieve their goals, whilst achieving ours.
Primary responsibilities for this role are to manage and train the team to
achieve their KPIs which are aligned to fulfilling our customer requirements
whilst also providing guidance on the use of quality assurance principles for
our Despatch processes. You will also provide assistance with costing of
freight and managing freight provider relationships.
You will have a qualification or demonstrated competency in previous
Warehousing and or Despatch management, solid people management experience and
an ability to think creatively.
To be successful in this role you will also need to be good with numbers, have
a commitment to process and be a proven problem solver.
