About the
Role:

• Exciting
  opportunity to be part of a new centre that is individually owned
• You
  will be supported by an experienced Centre Director and
  Centre Manager 
• The
  owner is committed to providing high quality education and care and
  supporting staff with above award wages.
• Floating
  staff provided to support educators and ensure programming time
• An
  essential requirement of the role will be to complete the Diploma in Early
  Childhood Education and Care
• We are
  looking for educators who have a minimum 12 months employment in an early
  childhood centre – this includes applicants who have completed their
  Certificate III via an employment based traineeship.

Key
Responsibilities:

• We
  have  positions working across the 0-2 groups, 2-3 groups
  and preschool groups as well as a floater position
• You
  will work with our team of educators to provide a quality curriculum 
• You
  will document children’s learning and development
• Work as
  part of the team sharing all duites

Essential
Criteria:

• You
  will have a recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood
  Education and Care (or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA)
• WWWC,
  current first aid certificate, current asthma and anaphylaxis training
• Commitment
  to ongoing professional development
• Demonstrated
  ability to provide a quality curriculum
• Demonstrated
  ability to implement the NQY, NQS and EYLF
• 12
  months employment in an early childhood centre
• Candidates
  with several years experience will be highly regarded
